Hi My Beauti’s. I’m Liz your beauty specialist and I am blessed to welcome you to MyBeautiLounge where Beauty Meets Serenity. I created this space with the intent of having a sanctuary where women feel safe to be themselves, relax and get all her selfcare needs met in one place. As women we look for convenience and budget friendly spaces and that’s exactly why I provide all the beauty services you need at an affordable price. We deserve to be treated like the queens that we are. To maintain a respectful and serene space, I ask that you please review all my policies prior to booking your appointment. Welcome to MyBeautiLounge 🫶🏻✨ 📌 Appointment Policy Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. ⏰ Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Any changes made under 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. • Standard cancellation fee: 30% of the booked service amount. Fees must be paid the same day to remain in good standing and to continue booking future appointments. A new deposit is required to book again after a late cancellation or no-show. 💳 Deposits Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule 24+ hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment. Only 1 reschedule per month is allowed — additional changes require a new deposit. ❌ No-Show Policy No-shows are subject to being blocked from future bookings. No-shows are considered disrespectful to both the business and clients who show up on time. I understand life happens — communication is appreciated. If you are unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your options. 🚫 Extra Guests No extra guests are allowed unless they are receiving a service and I have approved it in advance. This includes children — no exceptions. This policy is in place for safety, sanitation, and privacy. ⚠️ Contraindications If you are using Retin-A, retinol, Accutane, AHA/BHA products, or have had recent laser or chemical peels, please let me know before booking. These may affect skin sensitivity and make facial or waxing services unsafe. 💵 Payments Preferred payment method: Cash Also accepted: Tap to pay, all major credit cards, split payment, buy now Pay Later- affirm,klarna,afterpay. 🎀 Client Requirements Women only for facials, waxing and relaxation services Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 💞 Comfort & Professionalism MyBeautiLounge is a judgment-free, women-only environment. Your privacy and comfort are always prioritized. Rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. ✨ Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to all my policies.
